Tom Walker Portraits offers several options for your custom portrait collection. We specialize in at home portrait sessions utilizing natural lighting and backgrounds. The sitting can be customized further to using studio lights and backgrounds and studio portrait sessions are also available. As with any custom service, we strive to provide the perfect, tailored experience for our clients. Many of our collections can be customized to meet your needs.

Sessions
Custom portraits sessions put the focus on you. Through the use of pre-session consultations, your needs and styles are taken into account and used to create the perfect portraits for you. All sessions include:
Pre-session Consultation. Typically this is done at the client's home or the location they are choosing for the portrait session but can be done at a neutral location if desired. At the consultation we can discuss the location, the type of photos you'd like to see, and where you'd like to hang your photos as this can be helpful during the shoot. We can also discuss details like who's afraid of the camera and which stuffed animal is a sure-fire crack up!
Session Time. Each session is approximately one hour. I won't have a stopwatch going! This is a custom portrait session for four people and some will take more time than others. A small fee may be added per person beyond four people. Extra time for a shoot is available, for a fee, upon request.
Proofing Gallery. About one week after your session, we will post about twenty proofing images to a private, password protected, online gallery. You will be free to give your password to any friends and family you like and they will be able to order prints directly through the site.
Basic Processing. All proofs receive basic processing to adjust for color and remove blemishes. Final prints may be retouched further.
Digital Images. Upon request, you will receive low resolution, watermarked images from your session for use online. These can be used on personal websites, blogs, desktops, and Facebook.
Post-Session Consult. Everything about your custom portrait experience is personalized. Why should it stop when it's time to order your prints? Done at the client's home or a neutral location this is an opportunity to review your photos and ask questions about the products available. While this session is not required, clients will receive 10% off of all a la carte prints ordered during this meeting.
Travel Time. All travel time to sessions and consultations is included. A small fee may be added to any locations more than thirty minutes from Worcester.
Collections
A print collection is a wonderful way to add value to your custom portrait experience. Chosen before the portrait session, a collection offers a mixture of prints and other products at a savings to a la carte prices.
Garnet Collection
Our most affordable collection, the Garnet Collection includes the session and a credit of $550 towards the purchase of prints at A La Carte prices. $700.
Amethyst Collection
For those with larger print needs, the Amethyst collection includes the session and a credit of $950 towards the purchase of prints at A La Carte prices. $1000
Opal Collection
Our biggest value with the most flexibility, the Opal collection includes the session and a credit of $1500 towards the purchase of prints at A La Carte prices. $1500 (You get the session free!)
Maternity and Newborn Collection
Our Maternity and Newborn Collection includes a full photo session for both the maternity shoot and the newborn shoot. Maternity shoots are typically done between 32 and 36 weeks and the newborn shoot within two weeks of birth. Included in the Collection are 50- 5x7 birth announcements , 10x10 leather bound book, and 20% off initial order of A La Carte prints. $1000
Newborn Collection
For moms who prefer to skip the maternity session, our newborn collection includes a one hour photo session within eight weeks of birth, 50- 5x7 birth announcements, 5x5 leather bound brag book, and 20% off initial order of A La Carte prints. $700
Senior Collection
Our senior collection includes an on location or studio session, one digital file for the yearbook and personal printing up to 8x10, 5x5 mini book, and $400 credit towards prints at A La Carte prices. $1000

A La Carte
Custom Portrait Sessions. $250 A fee of $25 per person may be charged for each person beyond a group of four.
Proof Book. $40 A 5x7 book of all proofs from the shoot. Images are watermarked with Tom Walker Portraits logo.
Prints
Multiple prints in the same size of the same image are discounted at 10% for the second print and 20% for additional prints.

All cards are professionally press printed and based on existing design templates. Custom card designed are available for an additional fee.

Digital Files
Digital files, suitable for printing 8x10 prints are available for $250 per image with the purchase of at least $200 of print products.
Watermarked, low resolution images from your session for use on personal websites an other non-commercial on screen purposes will be provided complimentary upon request.
